The following case types are not available in eCaseView (no data or documents):
  • Juvenile (except for the attorney of record)
  • Adoption (except for the attorney of record)
  • Baker Act
  • Marchman Act
  • Tuberculosis
  • Sexting infractions
  • Guardianship settlements
  • Pre-need guardian
  • Mental health cases filed by adult protective services
  • Petitions for Injunctions until the respondent has been served
Only registered users or the attorney of record can see document images for the following case types:
